About the role

Senior Director, Head of Industry Relations Field Team

The Senior Director, Head of Industry Relations Field Team is part of the Move Inc. Industry Relations team and supports account management and efforts to sign MLSs up for all Move and Realtor.com products, tools and services.

This leader is responsible for strengthening partnerships with multiple listing services (MLSs) and Realtor® associations (local and state), ensuring Realtor.com remains a trusted industry partner and a leader in MLS collaboration and data integrity.

The Senior Director directs a highly visible remote team responsible for MLS engagement, delivery of field team industry communications and MLS partner industry event support. The role requires credibility across the industry, comfort in public forums, and the ability to align Realtor.com’s strategy with industry needs while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Industry Partnerships & Advocacy

  • Serve as Realtor.com’s Senior Field Team representative with national, state, and local Realtor® associations, MLSs, and related organizations.
  • Foster and maintain trusted relationships across a broad spectrum of brokers, agents, association executives, and MLS leaders.
  • Translate partnerships into business outcomes that drive MLS retention, data coverage, and Realtor.com product adoption.
  • Actively engage stakeholders on a regular basis.

MLS Engagement & Data Strategy

  • Oversee acquisition (and where appropriate lead negotiation), licensing, and integration of MLS data to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
