About the Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Senior Director to build and lead our new Change Enablement consulting practice. This role is a unique opportunity to shape how our clients navigate the complexities of enterprise-wide transformation driven by Generative AI. You will be responsible for building a practice that goes beyond simple adoption, focusing on activating and scaling our Change Management services to foster deep organizational alignment and strategic thinking. You will lead the charge in helping our clients play bigger, turning esoteric challenges into strategic opportunities.
