Senior Director and Senior Counsel, Head of Global Labor and Employment

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Counsel and Senior Director, Head of Global Labor and Employment to join our team at GoDaddy. In this role, you'll serve as the Head of Employment Legal, reporting to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel – Risk & Compliance.

You'll lead our global labor law function by coordinating a team spanning the U.S. and international markets—while staying actively involved in complex, high-impact employment matters.

As our primary in-house expert on employment and labor law, you'll blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You'll operate at the executive level while directly advising on sensitive workforce issues that shape our business.

This highly visible leadership role puts you at the center of setting and executing a global employment legal strategy across our multinational workforce.

Location Details

Remote, United States. This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.
