About the role:
Samsara's Deal Desk team partners closely with Sales to drive market wins and hit revenue targets. As a Deal Desk Analyst, you'll be at the center of that effort — acting as a trusted commercial advisor to get deals across the line while working with Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Finance to define deal success and build strategies that work for the customer, Samsara, and our partners.

In this role, you will:
- Partner with Sales to guide the structure and execution of Enterprise and Mid-Market deals, optimizing for customer experience, revenue, profitability, and compliance
- Advise on deal structure, discounting best practices, and commercial terms — and educate Sales to drive deal velocity and repeatable success
- Evaluate deal financials including margin, payment terms, and cash flow to optimize execution against company targets
- Mitigate risk by ensuring deals align with company policies and revenue recognition requirements
- Monitor the Deal Desk support request and quote approval queue, consistently maintaining SLAs with quality output
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive deal closure and ensure a seamless customer experience
