Senior Data Analyst - Xsolla Ads & Rewards

About You

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is analytically rigorous, strategically minded, and a collaborative problem-solver to join our Advertising & Rewards division.

The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders by using data-driven insights to inform the design and optimization of products that drive data-informed product decisions and shape how we reward and engage players at scale.

Key Requirements

• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Experience in quantitative analysis within games or other consumer-facing apps
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
• Passion for uncovering insights that drive meaningful product outcomes
• Experience building data infrastructure and experimentation frameworks
