Senior Data Analyst, Supply Product

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our analytics team to focus on improving our payments strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with our Money Movement product team, to elevate the purchasing and payout experience at SeatGeek. Using SQL, and advanced analytics techniques across our stack, you’ll transform raw data into actionable insights that guide decision-making, highlight opportunities, and drive measurable improvements. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Payments, and Risk, to define success, measure the impact of initiatives, and build the analytical foundations needed for scalable, high-quality support. Partnering closely with our Money Movement team, you will drive business impact through (among other things): Developing reporting frameworks and metrics that help determine incremental revenue made by launching different features Coordinating with Product, Engineering and Analytics Engineering to implement and measure the success of a new Account Credit payment method Measuring the impact of adding payment methods on conversion and how it impacts our take rate Proactively identifying opportunities to improve our payment unit economics and product experience based on historical trends Evaluating expected impact of different partnership opportunities to influence business decision making As a member of SeatGeek’s Analytics team, you will be able to collaborate with and learn from a group of high-performing analysts, data scientists and engineers!
