The Opportunity
Senior Data Analysts are pivotal to the company's success and serve as leaders within the fast-growing and high-performing Data & Analytics team. You will be responsible for driving departments to monitor their performance, understand trends, and make more informed decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leverage complex datasets to identify and quantify key performance indicators
- Create dashboards and data visualizations that monitor and measure success
- Establish and own best practices and training materials for data-savvy users within functional departments
- Be a key leader in championing the impact of data company-wide
- Own the delivery of actionable insights that drive positive change across the business
What We're Looking For
A highly experienced, results-oriented Senior Data Analyst who can empower the business to make better decisions with data. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytically focused and business-driven, motivated by solving real-world problems and exploring new approaches.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Expert-level analytical and data skills
