About the role
Accountabilities
- Own Finance and Post-Sales analytics, developing and maintaining the reporting layer that connects Sales, Post-Sales, and customer lifecycle data.
- Partner with Finance and senior leadership to define, validate, and maintain key metrics used for board reporting, annual planning, and monthly or quarterly business reviews, including MRR/ARR, churn, retention, and revenue attribution.
- Build a consistent end-to-end view of the customer journey, from pipeline and activation through retention and expansion, while resolving discrepancies in metric definitions across teams.
- Own external partnership reporting from requirements gathering through delivery, including customer-facing dashboards and self-service reporting.
- Translate partner data requirements into reliable data models and dashboards while ensuring information is accurate and appropriately permissioned.
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI platforms such as Sigma and Tableau to monitor cross-funnel KPIs.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end data models and pipelines that provide trusted sources of truth for business reporting.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to automate repetitive workflows, accelerate analysis, and develop reusable tools and data infrastructure.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and act as a trusted data advisor to stakeholders.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical field, ideally with experience in Finance, FinTech, Business Operations, or Retention analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries, manipulate data, and investigate business questions independently.
- Strong experience with data transformation and modeling, including tools such as dbt.
- Hands-on expertise with business intelligence and data visualization platforms, particularly Sigma and/or Tableau.
- Proven experience building and maintaining end-to-end data models and pipelines that serve as reliable sources of truth.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and own dashboards and reporting suites that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to data accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI beyond basic productivity improvements, including automating workflows, accelerating analysis, and building reusable data solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and partnering effectively with senior leadership.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to work during standard US business hours, with any 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
