JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is hiring a motivated, enthusiastic Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team. You'll support customers across every stage of their journey, making sure their experience with our platform is consistently excellent.

You'll partner closely with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to deliver outstanding service, drive retention, and maximize customer lifetime value. You'll build, refine, and improve processes and engagement tactics to consistently exceed customer expectations. And you'll be a true advocate for our customers — making sure their feedback and evolving needs are heard and acted on across the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Own a portfolio of customers — build relationships, understand their needs, and drive account growth.
  • Deliver timely, professional responses to customer inquiries that set the standard for quality.
  • Help customers navigate platform usage and troubleshoot minor technical issues, with support from our technical team.
  • Surface customer feedback to the right teams to help shape product improvements.
  • Support the Customer Success Team with key administrative and operational work, including customer records and reporting.
  • Lead and contribute to Customer Success projects that improve processes, tactics, and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid grasp of customer success principles and a genuine drive to keep learning.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; fluent German required.
  • Strong communicator with sharp interpersonal skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • 2–3 years of experience; training provided.
  • Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
