The Role

We are seeking a Creative Senior Producer to act as the bridge between creative vision and execution, managing digital, brand, and design projects from kickoff to delivery.

The Creative Senior Producer will be responsible for leading and owning creative projects directly, as well as working with Production Leads on larger, integrated, cross-functional projects such as Activations, Events, and Installations. The role focuses on day-to-day team activities, coordinating efforts to deliver the client's engagements successfully. They should be comfortable producing a project independently with and without support from junior staff.

This role will require travel to facilitate face-to-face client interactions and to oversee creative production in person when needed. The Senior Creative Producer will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with significant experience in creative production, project management, and a passion for delivering exceptional design and creative outcomes. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a natural leader.
