About the Role

Wrike is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal for Legal Operations to serve as a key operational contributor to the legal team and trusted resource to the General Counsel. This role is designed for a career in-house professional who can bridge the gap between substantive legal execution and departmental strategy, ensuring the legal team remains "deal-ready" through robust operational infrastructure and process management.

Your Impact

• Executive Legal Support: Provide substantive support to the General Counsel and, by proxy, the executive leadership team on high-priority projects, strategic initiatives, and sensitive corporate matters.
• Legal Tech Ownership: Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of the department's "Tech Stack," including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), e-billing, and entity management platforms.
