Senior Corporate Communications Manager (Hybrid San Jose California)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced executive communications leader who will shape and deliver strategic internal communications for a fast-growing global organization. This role will translate complex business and organizational changes into clear, inspiring narratives; build alignment around a shared vision; and create a steady communications cadence that strengthens trust, engagement, and retention.

This position reports to Global Internal Communications and supports the Products and Technology function to drive transformation and change management communications aligning employees around strategy, priorities, and ways of working.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the President, Products and Technology to shape the department narrative and communicate strategy, priorities, progress, and changes to the broader Products and Technology organization.
• Partner closely with the Product and Technology Chief of Staff to coordinate messaging and timing across leadership communications and transformation initiatives.
• Own the communications cadence for the Products and Technology function, ensuring a consistent drumbeat of messages that drive understanding, alignment, and action.
