Role Overview

As Senior Controller – Business & Performance, you will be the analytical force behind our profitability steering. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you'll make contribution margins transparent and provide decision-making foundations for profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Contribution Margins & Profitability Analysis

• Build and continuously develop structured contribution-margin analyses
• Analyze profitability by channel (D2C, Amazon, Retail), country, and product to make differences visible and controllable
• Identify growth drivers and margin risks, deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Support pricing and marketing efficiency analyses, providing data-driven business guidance

KPI Structures & Reporting

• Develop management KPI structures that are clear, consistent, and aligned with growth goals
• Build dashboards and reports that are actually used and understood by all stakeholders
• Maintain and develop performance reporting structures while ensuring data consistency and quality

Business Partnering – Marketing & Sales

• Act as a close sparring partner for Marketing and Sales, understanding their business and speaking their language
• Support campaigns, launches, and channel decisions with reliable data and analyses
• Prepare decision templates for management that are precise, understandable, and action-oriented
• Bring Finance closer to the business, ensuring numbers are not just reported but used profitably

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Actively participate in developing controlling processes and BI tools
• Support fast-close initiatives to make performance figures available earlier
• Contribute to Finance project roadmap planning
