Senior Content Writer

Accountabilities

• • Research destinations, experiences, audiences, and search intent to identify opportunities for useful, engaging content.

  • Write, edit, proofread, and optimize digital content across different page types, audiences, and user objectives.

  • Own content projects end to end, from planning and research through publication and ongoing improvement.

  • Collaborate with SEO specialists, marketers, business teams, and growth stakeholders to create content that supports discovery, comparison, and conversion.

  • Apply editorial judgment to ensure content is accurate, clear, well-structured, consistent, and aligned with the intended tone and audience.

  • Use performance data, feedback, and user insights to identify opportunities and continuously improve existing and new content.

  • Support on-page SEO and content optimization initiatives designed to improve organic visibility, engagement, and conversion.

  • Refine and humanize AI-assisted content while maintaining editorial quality, originality, accuracy, and user trust.

  • Manage multiple content projects and priorities while maintaining strong standards for research, execution, and delivery.

  Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in content writing, editorial, SEO writing, or a similar digital content role.

  • Strong research and synthesis skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex information and turn it into clear, useful content.

  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and fact-checking abilities, with strong attention to structure, tone, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Ability to adapt writing style, messaging, and content structure to different audiences, formats, page types, and user goals.

  • Basic understanding of on-page SEO and how content contributes to discovery, engagement, comparison, and conversion.

  • Comfortable using performance data and feedback to evaluate content and guide iterative improvements.

  • Strong ownership and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate effectively across functions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-context environment where clarity, initiative, and sound editorial judgment are valued.

  • Experience working with AI-assisted writing tools and the ability to improve AI-generated drafts while preserving quality and authenticity.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner is an advantage.

  • Experience in digital products, startups, travel, live entertainment, e-commerce, SEO, CRO, or performance marketing is a plus.

  • A portfolio or examples of relevant writing work may be expected as part of the application process.
