About the Role

You will build the SAP consulting team in Lithuania, design and implement SAP warehouse management solutions for major industrial clients:

• Design and optimize warehouse processes in complex interface and transformation projects and guide customers on best-practice SAP logistics execution in demanding interface projects and transformations for major customers in the automotive and manufacturing industry.
• Implement and enhance SAP WM and Stock Room Management solutions in S/4HANA and grow into SAP EWM as part of your development path.
• Be responsible for the planning, implementation and documentation of customer requirements and support our customers in finding solutions using best practice methods.
• Develop functional concepts and development specifications, coordinate test activities and support the expansion of our best practice industry solutions and be responsible for conducting customer workshops and training courses.
• Support our customers in greenfield, brownfield or hybrid migrations of their SAP ECC-based systems or landscapes to SAP S/4HANA.
• On a national and international level, be responsible for SAP S/4HANA projects for WM and take on offers, presales tasks and process analyses during agile customer workshops.
• Develop best-practice solutions, templates and integrate processes, systems and rollout projects.
• Lead and develop team members in their professional expertise.
• Be seamlessly embedded in the SAP DACH organization with 4 competence centers and their experienced and collaborative consultants. Report to the team Lead for SAP Lithuania, which belongs functionally to the portfolio “SAP Transformation” and work in close alignment with the SAP consulting organization.

Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, logistics executives and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.
• Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts appropriately tailored for the client and their culture.
• Define and estimate total effort for functional team within the area of expertise.
• Manage the deliverables of WM functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with clients.
• Plan and personalize the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency.
• Ensure in time and quality delivery, revenue consumption and profitability management.
• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
• Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise.
• Display strong willingness to learn SAP EWM and continuously expand expertise.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes.
• Close cooperation with the SAP Consulting Teams of the region, developing new ideas as well as their distribution, independent search for new opportunities.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, IT, or related field.
• Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial.
• You are familiar with the SAP product portfolio and have successfully applied SAP Best Practice solutions and the Activate Methodology.
• 7+ years of SAP WM/LE expertise in ECC and/or S/4H.
