Your Mission

HR Tech is your passion and you have made it your mission to bring HR into the new world? You have built up solid expertise in the SAP HCM environment in recent years and are now looking for new challenges? Then you fit perfectly into our team!

Your Role

As a (Senior) SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d), you are a competent and reliable contact for our customers on all questions relating to the SAP modules of the HCM landscape and thus make a significant contribution to the success of their HR digitalization - and all this without having to forego the comfort of your home office.

Your Responsibilities

• Depending on your experience, you support the planning, conception and implementation of our customer projects or take over responsibility for them.
• You implement customer requirements in modules such as PT, PY, OM, PA or FI-TV.
• You create requirement concepts, accompany, lead or coordinate their implementation, and organize customer workshops and training sessions.
• You support our customers in new implementations of SAP HCM modules, in the migration to SAP HCM for S/4HANA, or in application management projects.
• You take responsibility for your specialist topic and mentor your colleagues.
