(Senior) Consultant SAP Customer Service & CRM (m/w/d)

Your Role

As a (Senior) Consultant SAP Customer Service & CRM (m/w/d), you will focus on technical implementation, architecture, and development in the SAP environment, with hands-on system work.

Your Tasks

• Hands-on SAP Development: Develop smart solutions using ABAP / ABAP OO and customize SAP Web UI components (BOL/GENIL).
• System Transformation & Architecture: Implement complex migration and transformation requirements for customer service, e.g., from classic SAP CRM to SAP CX (Sales & Service Cloud), and integrate existing systems into new customer engagement architectures.
• Customizing & Data Modeling: Independently manage customizing in the SAP Customer Engagement environment and work routinely with CDS views.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze errors in detail during release and implementation phases, perform debugging, and fix deviations directly in customer systems.
• Responsibility & Leadership: Act as stream lead or sub-project manager, overseeing the solution and budget, and mentor colleagues in their professional development.
