POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Client Success, the Senior Client Success Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, driving adoption and retention of the Cordial platform. This role is responsible for developing strong client relationships, ensuring clients maximize value from the platform, and identifying opportunities for growth and renewal.
