Role Overview

As Pinterest's Sr. Channel Lead, Marketing Websites, you will own and steward a portfolio of Pinterest’s external marketing websites, each serving distinct audiences including advertisers, press, partners, and consumers. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring they meet their respective goals—whether driving awareness, engagement, conversion, or thought leadership. With deep expertise in web channel management, you’ll balance strong governance with innovative optimizations, orchestrating the work of partners across Marketing, Content, Creative, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver high-performance web experiences at scale.

You are a cross-functional leader who thrives in complex environments, adept at managing multiple sites with differing business needs and user profiles. Your operational rigor, experimentation mindset, and ability to prioritize ensure that Pinterest’s marketing channels consistently deliver value for their intended audiences and for the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead & Govern Channel Portfolio of Sites: Oversee day-to-day operations, health, and performance of Pinterest’s suite of marketing websites, ensuring each site is aligned to clear business goals and regularly exceeding performance benchmarks.
  • Set Channel Strategy & Roadmaps: Define channel-specific strategies, goals, and operating plans in partnership with content, brand, design, engineering, and analytics leads. Translate business priorities into actionable channel roadmaps.
  • Operationalize Optimization: Design and implement robust testing and optimization frameworks tailored to the needs of each site, using both quantitative analytics and qualitative insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive Project Prioritization: Build and socialize prioritization frameworks that clarify resource allocation across competing initiatives, and ensure visibility and accountability for delivery.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Act as the chief integrator—coordinating stakeholder groups, from creative and engineering to marketing and analytics, orchestrating seamless execution, and scaling best practices and standards across all sites.
  • Champion Audience-Centricity: Deeply understand and advocate for each site’s target audience, ensuring web content, journeys, and experiences reflect audience needs and preferences.
  • Leverage Technology: Identify, implement, and optimize tools, platforms, and AI-powered solutions to enhance personalization, operational efficiency, measurement, and reporting.
