Role Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst – Partner & Channels is responsible for investigating, analyzing, and converting internal customer needs into effective and sustainable technical solutions. This role supports the Global Channel and Partner Marketing organizations to deliver programs and solutions enabling Extreme Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
• Lead IT delivery of key programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver results
• Define and manage requirements
