About the Role

Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Go-To-Market (GTM) and G&A organizations. Operate as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership, driving hiring strategies that enable the company to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for GTM and G&A roles
• Ensure best-in-class candidate experience
• Partner closely with senior business leaders and executives to understand organizational goals
• Translate organizational goals into effective hiring plans
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring teams
• Influence talent decisions, interview processes, and organizational decisions

Work Arrangement

3 days per week onsite in San Mateo, California
