About the Role
Senior Billing & Collections Analyst to own day-to-day billing operations, cash application and collections support for the India team. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on invoice generation, payment application, reconciliations, dispute management and AR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice generation and accuracy
- Payment application and cash application
- Reconciliations and dispute management
- AR reporting and collections support
- Partner with Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting and Collections teams
- Resolve customer billing queries quickly
- Improve cash velocity and reduce billing exceptions
Requirements
- Reside within commuting distance of Bengaluru office
- Available for in-person meetings and company events
- Ability to work outside normal India business hours to support global operations
