Senior Backend Developer / Tech Lead (Russian and English speaker)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to lead one of the most impactful transitions in our company's history: consolidating 15 Shopify stores into a unified, scalable, app-first architecture. This isn't a maintenance role. You'll shape technical direction, work directly with product and business, and have real ownership from day one.

What You'll Work On

• Design and build scalable backend systems on AWS
• Centralize user authentication and order management across multiple Shopify stores
• Integrate legacy systems into a unified app-based architecture
• Contribute to the Breeze mobile app ecosystem
• Lead key initiatives including: multi-store order management consolidation, AI chatbot integration (SuperChat), dynamic bundle builder for multi-destination travel
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate development and problem-solving
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partner teams
