You are a champion of analyzing, lateral thinking, and problem solving.
As the Senior Associate, Financial Benefits - Retirement, you will be responsible for the success of the financial operations as well as support the Retirement program at Justworks. You will also work closely with Financial Operations Analysts and Product and Engineering teams to improve existing systems.

Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Support the handling of escalated or complex cases involving the administration of benefits, including but not limited to:
- Oversee and negotiate SOP creation and adherence in conjunction with our partner
- Flag SLA compliance issues and recurring themes with our partner
- Resolve complex benefit inquiries/issues generated by Customer Success and Sales teams within the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs)
- Work closely with internal Benefit Specialist team to identify patterns of outreach to improve customer experience
- Share resources such as Confluence pages to the Customer Success team that can clarify SOPs
- Build out and maintain internal benefit resources (help articles, training decks, process documentation, etc.)
- Participate in internal and regulatory audits of partners, products, and systems
- Assist Team Lead with new-hire training for the Associates position
- Work closely with third party partner to resolve escalated issues and raise up recurrent problems or system changes
- Act as backup to Team Lead on Partner calls including relaying weekly operational issues, feedback, and questions
- Work with internal teams and third party partner to track and administer all recurring processes in adherence with deadlines
- Consistently evaluate current processes and create new policies and documentation surrounding plan maintenance and servicing guidelines
