Job Responsibilities
Develops software based on requirements developed by Business Analysts to meet the needed business solution at enterprise, large-scale level. Collaborates with a Business Analyst to meet the requirement of fulfilling the client’s goals to implement the business solution. Works directly with Systems Architect to develop and implement new third party applications, tools, and programming libraries. Utilizes web-based software such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, and Web Based API.
Minimum Experience
- Five (5) years of total work experience developing.
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
- Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
- Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform based development.
Required Skills
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Investigative Requirement: At time of proposal the contractor must possess a Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, IT II) with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation at time of proposal submission.
- 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
- Certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1. The contractor shall meet the certification requirements within 6 months after onboarding start date.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
