Senior Analytics Engineer

About the Role

At NIVA Health, we’re looking for an Analytics Engineer who can bridge the gap between business questions and real-world data. This is not a “maintain dashboards” role. We need someone who can work through messy operational data, ask the right questions, validate the numbers, and build reporting leadership can trust. What You’ll Do

• Translate business questions into reporting solutions
• Build and own dashboards in Looker Studio
• Work directly with BigQuery datasets and data models
• Validate metrics and troubleshoot inconsistencies
• Partner with Data Engineering and business stakeholders
• Create reporting that drives real operational decisions
