What your impact will be like
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be a core member of our Development team and collaborate with developers, data scientists, and cybersecurity professionals. You will take a leading role in designing, building, evaluating, and improving Exeon’s AI projects that support engineers, security analysts, and business stakeholders. You will shape how AI capabilities are embedded across Exeon's product portfolio.
- Lead AI initiatives related to our NDR (Network Detection & Response) and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) products
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and evaluation systems to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with security analysts and domain experts to translate complex cybersecurity workflows into effective AI-assisted solutions
- Define and uphold best practices for AI development, including model evaluation, safety, and responsible deployment
- Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong AI engineering culture across the organization
