<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">You will provide proactive administrative and operational support to leaders within a global technology organization focused on commercial partner initiatives. You will manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and stakeholder communications while helping the broader team stay organized and aligned. This role requires someone who understands business priorities, anticipates needs, and acts as a trusted partner rather than providing only transactional administrative support.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Manage complex executive calendars, competing priorities, meeting requests, and scheduling changes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, airport logistics, executive preferences, and last-minute adjustments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Prepare, submit, and reconcile travel expenses while ensuring accuracy and compliance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Organize internal meetings, leadership discussions, team engagements, and local partner activities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, memos, correspondence, and other business documents.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Support communication and coordination across leaders, internal teams, external partners, and extended stakeholder groups.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Review incoming communications and materials, determine their significance, and coordinate appropriate follow-up or distribution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Anticipate administrative and operational needs, identify potential conflicts, and proactively drive solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Track deadlines, action items, commitments, and stakeholder requests to ensure timely completion.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Maintain organized and confidential records, reports, and corporate documents.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Support general office operations, including supplies, invoicing, records management, and basic bookkeeping activities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Build strong working relationships and serve as a dependable partner to supported leaders and the broader administrative team.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with organizational policies.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">High school diploma or GED.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">5–7 years of executive administrative, business support, or related professional experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Demonstrated experience supporting executives and understanding their priorities, preferences, and business needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Extensive experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong experience preparing, managing, and reconciling executive expense reports.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Proven ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, scheduling conflicts, and changing priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or comparable productivity tools.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Excellent organizational, time-management, customer-service, and interpersonal skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Willingness and ability to work the required schedule consistently, as working hours are not flexible for time-zone differences.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience supporting partner-facing, healthcare-related, go-to-market, sales, or operational initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they affect schedules or deliverables.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to understand broader business objectives and connect administrative activities to team priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience coordinating across small, midsized, and corporate external partners.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to ask clarifying questions when additional business context is needed.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $30 to $35 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
