About the role
Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, developing a detailed understanding of their objectives, operational environments, and analytics needs.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders across health plans and other payer organizations.
- Lead regular client meetings, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and value-realization discussions to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
- Drive account retention and growth by identifying renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned with evolving client priorities.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop tailored proposals, solution strategies, and account plans that address client needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare analytics solutions and communicate their value effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support teams to facilitate successful delivery and issue resolution.
- Gather and communicate actionable client feedback to influence product enhancements, innovation, and service improvements.
- Advise clients on how to leverage healthcare analytics capabilities to support executive strategies and data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex executive analytics requirements into practical solutions using available products, services, and capabilities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of account management best practices and client service processes.
- Use CRM, digital sales rooms, project management platforms, call-recording tools, and other digital sales technologies to manage client relationships and opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, strategic consulting, or a related client-facing discipline is preferred for the senior-level position.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare payer landscape and broader healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial health plans, TPAs, and ACOs.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise accounts and improving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and technical leaders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, or healthcare services, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights in a clear and commercially relevant manner.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect client challenges to appropriate solutions and business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or relevant certifications such as PMP, CAHIMS, or CPXP is preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare data platforms, population health solutions, cost-of-care analytics, quality measurement, utilization management, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with HEDIS, population health, risk adjustment, and value-based payment models is advantageous.
- Previous experience within a consulting firm, health plan, healthcare technology organization, or related healthcare services environment is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $78,800 to $177,675, depending on location, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
