About the Role

Join our Security Operations Command Center as a Security Architect II. You will respond to platform and carrier issues in real time, ensuring the stability of our world-class DDoS attack mitigation platform and supporting some of the world's leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks
• Analyse customer traffic, applications and systems to tailor security solutions and answer customers' security needs
• Manage and document technical issues, responses and requests to ensure information is recorded and updated
• Provide support to customers to remedy and resolve network and connectivity issues
• Communicate with customers regarding challenges and provide updates and results on mitigation and analysis
