About the role
Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Latin America (LATAM). Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities in the HRTech space, helping build a strong foundation for revenue growth. This role is 100% outbound-driven and ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch, moving quickly, and adapting messaging across diverse markets. You’ll play a key role in opening conversations, validating market opportunities, and creating qualified pipeline for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts across LATAM markets.
- Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with growth targets.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and assess fit for our solutions.
- Adapt messaging and outreach strategies to different countries, industries, and buyer behaviors across the region.
- Test, iterate, and optimize outbound sequences to improve engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure smooth pipeline progression.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in CRM.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
- Proven success generating pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining quality.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement tools.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving environments.
- Fluent English (C2 or equivalent); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
