About the Role

Integration Architect – Agentic Delivery who can design and implement scalable integrations between AI-powered agentic systems and enterprise platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce. This role will focus on building intelligent workflows, automations, and seamless data exchange across systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement integrations between agentic AI platforms and Zendesk / Salesforce
• Design end-to-end workflows for customer support automation using AI agents
• Build and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations
• Ensure data consistency, security, and scalability across systems
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver solutions
• Develop custom connectors, orchestration layers, and automation pipelines
