SAP BR PY Expert Consultant

Accountabilities:

• • Lead the technical and functional delivery of complex SAP HCM/payroll implementations and enhancement projects, from requirements gathering and analysis through design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical environments, products, platforms, and solution approaches.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans and alternative solutions.
  • Define and supervise data structures, application flows, database designs, and technical components to ensure solutions meet customer and business requirements.
  • Develop technical and architectural documentation for complex applications and ensure alignment with established methodologies, standards, and quality practices.
  • Perform and oversee integrated testing of complex applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and interoperability meet expected standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, acting as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for challenging issues.
  • Collaborate across clients and project teams to reuse knowledge, improve delivery practices, and increase service quality and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer solutions and contribute to new business opportunities through technical expertise and advisory support.
  • Lead technical coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen the capabilities and professional development of team members.
  • Support pre-sales activities by advising on technical solutions, capabilities, and approaches that address customer needs.
  • Optimize resource allocation, manage assigned workloads, monitor delivery progress, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  • Continuously improve service performance, quality, and profitability by anticipating issues and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Promote the adaptation of SAP solutions to changing business requirements, technology developments, and evolving customer needs.

  Requirements:

  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP architecture and the euHReka platform, together with a strong understanding of enterprise HR technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources processes and SAP-related technical environments.
  • Expert understanding of structured analysis, technical solution design, database design, and application architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple technical platforms and programming languages, with the ability to assess and apply the most appropriate technologies to business requirements.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and identify opportunities for service improvement or additional business value.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical workstreams, organizing and supervising activities, delegating effectively, and monitoring delivery against deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to anticipate technical and project risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and customer commitments.
  • Strong resource-management skills, including the ability to optimize human and technical resources for efficient delivery.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the communication skills required to engage effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Strong customer orientation, accountability, perseverance, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities, with a genuine interest in developing the skills of other team members.
  • Willingness and availability to travel when required.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP products or technologies are expected to support subject-matter expertise.
