Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance sanctions governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Provide expert analysis and interpretation of sanctions and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulatory requirements, ensuring Binance's policies and controls remain robust and up to date
• Support the design and implementation of compliance monitoring and testing programs focused on sanctions governance within a second line of defence environment
• Identify, assess, and document sanctions-related compliance risks across Binance's global operations, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate these risks
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to embed sanctions governance and policy standards
