Role Overview

As a Product Manager for Business Systems at Vanta, you will be a critical contributor to the Salesforce and Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem. This role focuses on post-opportunity creation workflows, including opportunity lifecycle management, quoting, contracts, entitlements, ERP integration, product integration, and provisioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the Salesforce ecosystem focused on post-opportunity workflows
• Ensure seamless processes from quote creation through provisioning
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications
• Drive execution and measure adoption
• Deliver measurable business outcomes
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, Sales, and Legal teams
• Build and optimize systems and processes that power Vanta's GTM motion
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admin & Developer teams

Team Structure

You will report to the Lead Product Manager for Business Systems and work alongside two other Product Managers.
