About the role

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Solution Engineer in Taiwan to support enterprise customers and partners.

You’ll design networking, ProAV, VoIP, storage, and Physical Security (Protect & Access) solutions.

Working in a pre-sales capacity, you will lead regional technical strategy for Ubiquiti in Taiwan, collaborating with product teams, partners, and global sales to drive adoption and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Solution design and architecture
  • Deliver demos and partner training
  • Develop proposals and BoMs
  • Enable channel partners
  • Drive brand growth
  • Provide market insights

Desired Experience

Solution Architecture

  • Enterprise Networking (BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN)
  • ProAV (AV-over-IP, multicast)
  • Physical Security (CCTV & Access Control)
  • VoIP (SIP systems)
  • Storage (NAS, SAN)

General

  • Mandarin and English
  • Pre-sales experience
  • Certifications preferred
  • Strong reliance on AI tools, LLMs, and automation for productivity
