About the role
About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Solution Engineer in Indonesia to work with enterprise customers and partners.
You’ll design networking, ProAV, VoIP, storage, and Physical Security (Protect & Access) solutions.
Working in a pre-sales capacity, you will lead regional technical strategy for Ubiquiti in Indonesia, collaborating with product teams, partners, and global sales to drive adoption and growth.

Solution Architecture
- Enterprise Networking (SD-WAN, routing, switching)
- ProAV (AV-over-IP, multicast)

- VoIP (SIP systems)
- Storage (NAS, SAN)
General
- English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Pre-sales experience
- Strong reliance on AI tools, LLMs, and automation for productivity
