About the role

About the Role

We are seeking a sales-driven professional with strong technical understanding to manage and grow customer accounts, drive new business opportunities, and deliver value through food safety and hygiene solutions. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships, supporting operational excellence, and collaborating with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure high service standards and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts by providing ongoing service, support, and sales development, including driving white spot prospecting across existing products, new innovations, sustainability solutions, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Drive sales growth within assigned geographic areas and sectors by identifying and converting new business opportunities, while expanding existing accounts through product and application recommendations
  • Monitor and report on assigned and Key Accounts using tools such as Sales Funnels, quarterly reports, market share analysis, and other required reporting
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while handling inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage order processing end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and smooth order-to-payment processes through regular monitoring and follow-up on control reports
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution
  • Support Sales Teams on order and distribution-related matters, maintaining clear communication with Sales Account Managers to ensure full visibility of customer issues
  • Participate in relevant meetings to identify service improvements and communicate Customer Service KPIs and strategies

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in chemical specialties; experience with equipment and operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to present and communicate complex solutions effectively
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills with adaptability to changing priorities
  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
  • High sense of urgency with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in consultative selling techniques
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to train customers on product usage and safety
