The Role
Imagine stepping into a role where you aren't just managing a territory; you’re architecting the future of the Western Region. As our Sales Manager, West, you’ll stand at the helm of a high-octane team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. This isn't just about hitting a multi-million dollar annual target—it's about the strategy, the mentorship, and the relentless pursuit of excellence that gets us there.
Location: You MUST be based in Chicago or west (CT/MT/PT)
What you need to succeed
Your journey begins by crafting a bespoke regional strategy and execution plan for every rep on your team. You aren’t just a boss; you are a coach, a mentor, and a talent scout. From hiring the next generation of sales stars to providing the hands-on training that turns 'potential' into 'performance,' you oversee the growth of your direct reports with precision and empathy.
What you bring to the table
You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our creators. By working hand-in-hand with the Director of Business Development, you’ll ignite pipeline growth that sustains our momentum. You’ll also serve as the voice of the customer, feeding vital insights back to our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure we are always delivering the most innovative solutions in the SaaS landscape.
- The Veteran’s Edge: You have 7+ years of smashing quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS world and at least 3 years of experience leading teams of this caliber.
- The C-Suite Navigator: You have a proven track record of walking into boardrooms, speaking the language of C-level customers, and closing the kind of large, complex deals that others dream of.
- The Analytical Architect: You lead a metrics-driven organization that knows how to balance the 'big fish' enterprise deals with the steady flow of semi-transactional business.
We’re looking for someone who brings a little extra 'spark' to the role:
- A consultative soul who views relationship building as an art form.
