As a Sales Manager at Array, you will lead, mentor and inspire a team of Account Executives (AEs) to achieve and surpass direct sales goals. This role is not a c-suite or senior leadership role, but a mid senior-level management position focused leadership position.

You will:

  • Manage and develop a team of up to 10 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success.
  • Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Lead hiring efforts for team expansion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and achieve results.
  • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, analyze, and execute faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.

You have:

  • Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, including both AEs and BDRs.
  • Diligent forecasting methodologies to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong hiring and talent development skills to build high-performing teams and hold them accountable to sales excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration.
  • Expertise in sales strategies, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

Pay transparency:

$150,000 for base salary, depending on experience.
