<p><span data-contrast="none">WorkBoardAI's Customer Success team is expanding in Sofia, and this is a chance to be a part of the customer facing technical engine of that team. You will sit at the intersection of pre-sales and customer deployment — standing up demo environments that win deals, wiring enterprise integrations that accelerate go-live, and owning the provisioning and API work that makes our platform stick in complex enterprise environments. The technical work you do will translate directly into customer outcomes and revenue, and you will have real exposure to senior stakeholders at global enterprises from day one.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="none">As a Sales Engineer in Sofia, you will span pre- and post-sales, working closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Implementation specialists. In pre-sales, you are the technical proof that moves deals forward. In post-sales, you ensure customers go live fast, integrate deeply, and reach adoption milestones ahead of schedule.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="none">You bring an AI-first mindset and familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and OKR platforms.
