Sales Engineer F/M/D

About the Role

You will be a key driver of ICAPE's business growth in Germany, fully remote, with regular customer interactions. You will develop long-term partnerships and deliver customized technical solutions to the electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Germany
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Achieve and exceed sales & revenue targets
• Understand customer needs and translate them into technical & supply-chain solutions
• Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and Supply Chain
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement
• Frequent travel to visit customers and prospects
• Report regularly to management on sales results, pipeline and opportunities

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of sales experience in electronics (mandatory)
• Technical background preferred (Bachelor's degree is a plus, not required)
• Fluent German and advanced English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Open mindset for international and multicultural collaboration
• Willingness to travel regularly
