The Role
StarRez is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you are the fuel behind our sales engine—responsible for generating pipeline and accelerating business growth. Whether this is your first job out of college or you’re transitioning into a career in sales, you’ll learn foundational skills, get hands-on coaching, and gain exposure to the fast-paced world of tech sales.

Role Specifics
- Work Location: Remote, US
- Travel: 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)
- Compensation Structure: In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan.
- Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Director, Sales Development.
