We’re looking for a high-energy Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on the front lines of sales for our North American markets.
Your Mission
Connect with key decision-makers and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives Team. If you're a natural communicator, goal-driven, and love the challenge of outbound sales—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling and email to spark interest and start conversations building relationships
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers across our target accounts
- Make high volumes of outbound calls meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Leverage sharp communication skills and a consultative approach to book meetings within brief, high-impact phone conversations
- Secure high-quality meetings for the Account Executives Team by clearly communicating our value proposition
- Handle objections with confidence and persistence, maintaining professionalism while pushing past initial resistance to secure appointments
- Navigate complex organizational structures to reach Executive Directors and other senior stakeholders.
- Exercise determinism and persistence in nurturing relationships over extended Sales cycles, sometimes up to a year of strategic follow-up to ultimately secure meetings with Executive Directors
- Collaborate with the Head of the Function and the AE Team on outreach strategies and ideal customer profiles.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the Company's CRM
- Consistently hit (and celebrate!) monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads
