Who you are:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative who will develop sales activity within assigned segments through inbound prospecting, synergizing with the Marketing and Events teams to pinpoint and cultivate prospect opportunities for strategic follow-up, and nurturing potential customers who have shown an interest in our solutions before handing them over to the appropriate team. What you'll do:

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, your key area of responsibility will be qualifying inbound leads, making initial contact with prospects, gathering detailed customer information, nurturing leads through regular follow-up, scheduling appointments with the appropriate sales team members, and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will need to work closely with Geotab's Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to provide feedback on campaigns, sales strategies, and lead generation activities.

To be successful in this role you will be a customer-centric communicator with strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong sales and technical aptitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
