Hatch is the leading AI communications platform for businesses with contact centers. We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our growing revenue team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with our sales team to identify, source and book productive conversations with business owners as well as marketing and sales executives
- Engage with customers using a variety of outbound tactics and leverage our Go-To-Market tech stack
- Go above and beyond delivering your quota to help teammates and the company succeed
- Contribute to establishing strategies and best practices within our SDR team
- Identify opportunities to learn and advance within the revenue team
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally as an SDR at a SaaS company
- Customer-first sales approach
- Life-long learner mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Driven, persistent, and ambitious
Nice to Have
- Experience with services businesses (selling to or working in)
