About the Role
The Sales Development Representative owns outbound lead generation for CM.com's (event) marketing, customer service and ticketing products across the DACH region. You will help organizers build the best visitor experience at festivals and venues: from ticketing and fan communication to event apps and AI-driven marketing, with fan data always in the hands of the organiser. We focus on the mid-market segment of 5,000 to 50,000 visitors, with clients including Tomorrowland, Wacken Open Air, Glücksgefühle and the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix.
This is a first or second step in your commercial career, with real autonomy and a clear path forward. The SDR will work directly with Theresa in Berlin (Account Executive), backed by both sales teams in Volkach and all.

Your Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, personalised emails, social selling, and key industry events
- Research prospects and identify how CM.com's AI-powered platform can create value for their business
- Master Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to consistently hit your targets
- Identify key decision makers, qualify budget, and hand off sales-ready opportunities to your Account Executive
- Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team
