- Partner with global Rewards, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and business leaders on sales incentive and variable compensation programs, identifying evidence-based opportunities for improvement and progressing changes through governance.
- Analyze external compensation trends and internal workforce data across geographies, roles, pay mix, incentives, and equity to identify emerging gaps and develop practical recommendations.

- Extensive progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related field, including significant business-partnering experience with Sales or other go-to-market functions in a complex multinational organization.
- Advanced knowledge of base salary, sales and short-term incentives, equity programs, market pricing, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, and GTM reward models.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to assess ambiguous variables, evaluate business and cost implications, and convert complex data into actionable executive recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders while balancing commercial priorities with enterprise stewardship, global consistency, fairness, and governance.
- Excellent executive communication, consulting, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated compensation and rewards concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
