Reward Manager – EMEA & APAC

About the Role

The Reward Manager will manage the delivery of projects, frameworks, programs, standards and improvements across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa & Caspian, and UK & Europe regions. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Reward, this position will influence strategy, policy design and organisation-wide frameworks ensuring alignment with regional priorities and total reward approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reward practices attract, retain, and motivate employees while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide effective business partnering and develop knowledge among leaders, HR teams and employees
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide decision-making
• Proactively contribute to global reward strategy aligned with business requirements, legislation, and market trends
• Ensure strategy is both internally fair and externally competitive
• Understand external market practices, emerging trends, and legislative changes
• Lead and deliver reward strategies across UK & Europe
