About the Role
The Reward Manager will manage the delivery of projects, frameworks, programs, standards and improvements across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa & Caspian, and UK & Europe regions. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Reward, this position will influence strategy, policy design and organisation-wide frameworks ensuring alignment with regional priorities and total reward approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure reward practices attract, retain, and motivate employees while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide effective business partnering and develop knowledge among leaders, HR teams and employees
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide decision-making
- Proactively contribute to global reward strategy aligned with business requirements, legislation, and market trends
- Ensure strategy is both internally fair and externally competitive
- Understand external market practices, emerging trends, and legislative changes
- Lead and deliver reward strategies across UK & Europe
