About the role
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Intern to support our Revenue Operations team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in business operations, systems optimization, data management, and go-to-market strategy.
In this role, you will help improve operational efficiency across sales and revenue processes by documenting workflows, supporting data hygiene initiatives, and building reporting that enables better decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to help streamline and scale operations.
The Impact U will make
- Document existing marketing and sales operations processes, workflows, and best practices
- Support process optimization initiatives across campaign execution, lead management, and marketing operations
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process consistency
- Assist with CRM and systems data cleanup, validation, and ongoing hygiene efforts
- Support reporting and dashboard creation for go to market performance metrics
- Analyze marketing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Help maintain process documentation and internal enablement resources
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational initiatives and ad hoc projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the go-to-market organization

- Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in revenue operations, business systems, sales operations, or process improvement
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and reporting tools is a plus
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools is preferred
